Crews are working around the building in phases, and this unit’s balcony is currently closed due to the project. Construction hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool is closed. The pool is open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction ends for the day and remains open all day on weekends. The main impacts during your stay may include construction noise during working hours and possible parking adjustments.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.

Every thing was good, despite the hurricane.Noise or construction was acceptable. The staff at the condo, could be more people friendly.We eere told ahead that we could use chairs from the pooland use on the beach. The staff isn’t on the same page
