Within close distance to multiple restaurants, activities and, directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop on the trolley and be anywhere between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach within 1/2 an hour, enjoying all of the activities that the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the privacy and quiet of your vacation beach home.
Close your eyes and picture yourself lounging on a wide sandy beach, waves lapping at your feet. Imagine yourself sunning poolside, book in hand. How about a romantic stroll on the beach as the sun sets in the Gulf of Mexico? Feel even lazier? Enjoy the breathtaking sunset from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating early winter.

There were 4 adults and 2 children in our group. The spaciousness and layout of the condo were amazing!! The patio provided a great view of the sunsets and a great place for morning coffee! We booked through VRBO and should have used the Property website. The pool was still undergoing repairs along with the patio and all outdoor amenities. Pool chairs were stacked up at the edge of the beach for you to take to the beach and back. There were a number of construction workers on site throughout the day and they were given parking spaces on the property. We had two cars and had to park across the street in a paid lot due to free parking spaces being in short supply. I would suggest the price point doesn't match the inconvenience. When we inquired about the condition of the pool and amenities, we were told we should have booked through their website. Not really a solution. Again, let me stress that the condo itself was AMAZING and once repairs have been completed, this will be a place I certainly would recommend. Other than their indifference to our plight, I would also label the staff as EXTREMELY helpful and friendly.
