This condo is perfect for two couples or small families. The private balcony offers a partial ocean view, ideal for experiencing the colorful sunsets during your evening unwind. The building offers a spacious pool deck with heated pool, hot tub and lounge chairs with tables, umbrellas and gas grills. Enjoy private access to walk just steps to the sugary sand beach or lounge on the pool deck while taking in the sand and shore. Features a building elevator so packing your gear for the beach is a breeze!

Primary Bedroom - Large primary suite with King bed and Twin Daybed. Private ensuite balcony access, smart TV and walk in closet. Private ensuite bath with sliding glass door shower.
Second Bedroom - Queen bed and Twin bunk bed.

Living Room -plush leather section sofa with recliners and smart TV. Sliding glass door balcony access.
Kitchen - Well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and luxury surfaces.
Private Balcony -Partial ocean view balcony accessible through Primary Bedroom or Living Room.

Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RVs on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 4 - accessible by 4 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 4 above parking garage.
Fireplace: Fireplace is not for guest use.
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent.
July 4th Holiday: If you are booking during the week of July 4th, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc.). ONLY 6 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 6 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction.

Very clean, beds were a little uncomfortable and the sectional was a little old and could use some newer furniture. Outside of that, the condo was very clean and bathrooms were updated. Would definitely recommend for the price and location.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, great view of the FL sunset and is literally on the beach. Very well equipped - from kitchen tools to beach stuff, everything you may need. The host promptly replied my emails, even on weekend nights. Bonus: the neighbors, a bird rescue with some lovely birds you can visit for free.
