The electrical in the master suite has a few issues. Although frustrating to deal with, the atmosphere and location of the unit helped cope with the issue. The living room and dining area are exceptional. The kitchen is well stocked except for a pizza pan, so we bought a disposable one. The location is phenomenal. The fifth floor balcony provided an awesome view fir sunrises. Large living window/diir to balcony made it feel like you were always outside. The type of balcony flooring was a nice change from concrete. The unit is exactly as shown in photos.

Location was great and a short drive to grocery store, pharmacy and local restaurants (or take the beach trolley). The unit was spotlessly clean, nicely equipped with lots of kitchen items including a drip coffee maker AND a Keurig. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms had all the essentials. There were beach towels and laundry baskets. The balcony (overlooking the intercoastal and not the beach) had a table and chairs. The living/dining/kitchen areas were all open to each other making it easy to enjoy family time.
Parking space was across the street but there is a crosswalk and a couple designated check-in spots on the building side to load and unload.

The condo was beautiful and clean, and had everything we needed for the week of our stay. Very comfortable.
The building is under construction and the noise can be a little much sometimes. Due to the tearing down of the building next door, the beach access ramp was littered with garbage, huge shards of glass and boards with rusty nails and staples. One of these boards with rusty nails found my foot in a deep and painful way on the second day of our stay, which definitely put a damper on the vacation.
