Location was great! Nice accommodations.
Bathroom shower had moldy shower curtain and rusted rings. Beds weren’t great but all the rest was very nice.

No on site hosts, elevtor in lobby was broken down and parking spot was very tight.

Nice location. Quiet. Great pool. Lots of little extras in the condo. Well equipped.

We love the Beach Palms complex and have stayed in other condos in the past. This particular condo did not meet our standards. I would not stay at this unit in the future.
When we got there, our keys and parking pass was not in the lockbox as promised. We had some HOA guy yelling at us about not having a parking pass. It took several calls and a couple of hours to get the keys to the pool. We never did get a parking pass. The floors were FILTHY!!!! Like they have not been mopped in months. The couches were very stained and uncomfortable. The rug in front of the couch just needs to be thrown away at this point. The bed in the master was like sleeping in quick sand. The showers in both bathrooms had zero water pressure too. I should have known this was going to be a disaster. From the beginning it was a mess. I booked a 3 bedroom condo on booking.com and received confirmation from Vacassa for a different unit with 2 bedrooms. I am glad I was paying attention. But of course I was told that the 3 bedroom was not available...bait and switch if you ask me. Didn't get anything knocked off the price but this was the only week we could go so we just went with it. I will use VRBO from now on and skip any units that use a "management" company. Also do not go to Indian Shores over 4th of July week....it is teen beach week!
