This comfortable natural wood beach house features warm design and furnishings. About 125 yards from the beach, 3 minute walk. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings/beds. Cedar Sauna. Just park your car and leave it for the rest of your vacation! Don't even need to cross a street to get to the beach. No long steep hill to climb with beach gear. Walk barefoot, beachcomb keepsake rocks and shells, tide pool, beach blanket picnic, body surf, sandcastle, and experience the beautiful beach and not just view the ocean from a window. The waves are just a 5 minute walk from the house.

Or family had a wonderful experience at the house! It has a cool mid-century modern feel and was comfortable. We were able to take in spectacular views and it was centrally located to places we wanted to go. Jerry is a fantastic communicator. He even sent an item back that one of our children left behind. We’d love to go back again some day.

This home was even better than expected. Modern Danish decor, lots of space wit comfortable seating and beds, a spectacular view, and a well appointed kitchen. Was nice to be able to get a casual dinner at close by Coastal Kitchen having travelled most of the day. During our stay we steamed mussels sourced from Tomales Bay Seafood (purchased at Palace Market in Point Reyes, a fun place), relaxed around the table playing games and watching movies, and hiked the cliffs outside of Depot Bay. Saw lots of seabirds. No wales but was not the migration season Highly recommend this place.

The View is beautiful. The home was well stocked except for trash bags, there were only 2 in the draw. We had the purchase some at local store. The trash Ben’s were full, because they had not been put out for pickup. The house is very comfortable. We would stay there again. If in the area.

We loved waking up to the view of the ocean and watching the surfers with coffee in hand. In the evenings we enjoyed watching the sunsets and the deer; the little fawns jumping and playing with mamas nearby. All so peaceful!We are in our mid-60's and the walk down to the beach was doable. But, we walk regularly. Some our age and older might need to drive to the main beach parking lot a short drive to the south for a more level walk on the sand.Thank you to our host, Jerry, who is a wonderful communicator. He was very helpful and has anticipated a guests questions and needs in his instructions on site.

My husband, niece, son and his girlfriend stayed at the home. The kitchen had everything we needed. The selection of movies was perfect for a cozy evening staying in and relaxing. This was a great place, spectacular view out all the living room windows. the kitchen is well stocked. the sauna was very nice since it rained 3 of the 5 days we were there. the internet was very sketchy maybe due to rain but there was no rain the 1st 2 days. overall a very good stay!

My three sisters and I grew up going to Dillon Beach (to us it was just Dillon’s). For day trips and camping. We range in age from 63 to 77, so we’ve been going there for a LOOOONG TIME. This home was PERFECT for us! Everything was as described! Very cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed for cooking (including a crockpot)! My oldest sister and I (the youngest) ventured down the trail to the beach which was a little treacherous as you get down to the bottom as there are a few boulders you have to kind of slide down. Younger or more fit folks would have no problem. The view of the ocean was enough to see the surfers. We went in mid-October and the weather was perfect. A little fog in the morning and evening and sun the rest of the time! Although the area can be quite windy sometimes (it wasn’t bad at all while we were there) the windbreak kept the deck nice and calm. We saw deer off the back deck every morning and evening and one day we saw a small herd walking down the road in front of the house and they proceeded to forage and nap on the lawn across the street.it was an amazing trip. Would stay there again for sure!

We had a lovely stay at this perfect property. The views from the house of the Pacific Ocean made us feel like we were on the shores of Hawaii! The surrounding area of beaches, rocky cliffs, families of deer, hawks and several other birds, and nearby restauraunts made the weekend one to remember. The house itself is very comfortable, has an open kitchen/living room/dining room with expansive views of the Pacific Ocean from the floor to ceiling windows. It feels new or recently renovated and has a notably stylish mid-century modern interior with Northern California flair and beautiful pieces of art. Very cool, California vibe that is harmonious with Dillon Beach surrounding it. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

We had an amazing week on the coast. This home offered the perfect location for beach days and wine tasting days. I highly recommend taking the path at the end of Oceana. Amazing views and the end takes you down a path to a secluded beach.

This was the perfect beach access home to relax in. Our family of 4 had a lot of room and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from the large front windows. There was a short walk/path to Dillon Beach and we also walked to the local beach restaurant for meals.
