Nice property for a family to gather for the holidays or family reunion. Well equipped for cooking meals together and lots of board games for adults and children. Nice game room in garage. Hot tub was nice and view from many rooms was spectacular.

Our extended family (8 adults 2 kids) spent 4 nights here for Christmas 2025. The house was really great: a nice big living room w plenty of sitting space, a gas fireplace, and views of the ocean, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table that fit all of us. All the beds were comfortable. And the entertainment options were great with ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard and lots of board games. The house was a 10min walk to the beach. All in all E highly recommend this rental. Oh and they had a little treasure hunt for us when we arrived that the kids really liked.

The house was clean, well-stocked, spacious, and located very near to the beach. The kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the views from the large windows and deck. The beds were very comfortable.

Views were outstanding. Fireplace added warmth. We had ants in both bathrooms. Fabric couches and pillows could really use a good cleaning-just really dirty. It was nice to have alot of access to the multiple decks however the sliding glass doors were so difficult to open I had to have either my son or son in law open them for me. Throw rug in family room was unfurling and was a tripping menace. Would not rent this particular property again.
