The house was comfortable and had beautiful views. It was well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and linen items. Only a couple of call outs for the rental agency to be aware: there were fruit flies, the pool cues were missing tips and the kitchen island corner panel.was broken (unglued). Other than that, everything was in great shape.

Overall this was a great spot for our extended family of ten to gather for a long weekend. There was space enough for us to eat together, spend time lounging and the views of the ocean and ravine were lovely. We saw lots of native wildlife, including some bucks fighting like on a nature show! Some of us enjoyed the hot tub and game room, which are great amenities to have! The kitchen is fairly well stocked and there is loads of prep space. We wish the kitchen cupboards had a little more attention paid to them as we found mouse droppings* in the back of the lower corner cabinet and some crusty/old pans that need to be retired/replaced. It would also be nice if the air freshener smell was less aggressive. Overall is was a very pleasant stay and we would return or recommend to others. *the house backs up to a ravine with lots of nature all around so critters are to be expected but not cleaning up after them is not

This was our first time booking a vacation rental. The house was as listed. Beautiful clean home with plenty of amenities. The pool table in the garage was a hit. And the sunsetting into the ocean from the back porch was amazing. Thank you for amazing time celebrating a 50th birthday.

Home is beautiful. We love the xmas decor. Home is welcoming and and comfortable. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Be sure to being extra bedding if you are going to use the funton and pull out twin bed. There was only 1 extra blanket even though the welcome binder says there are extra blankets in the closet. We had a major issue with the heat our last night. We tried turning it off, waiting and turning it back on but had no success. Trued Googling, no success. Finally tried calling the name and number listed. This was at 10pm on Saturday night. The call went to a call center, not the person listed. After 30 mins on the phone, they said they can't help us because they couldn't get ahold of the host. Since there were no extra blankets, we were freezing that night. Slept in extra clothes and our coats that night. I even message host in vrbo app but did not get a response until the next morning when we were already in process of leaving. About 7am, the heat finally turned on. It must be set on a timer? Although there were no issues the day/night before. This is my first time renting from a management agency. I will never do that again. The home is great but when there was a issue, we were left in the cold. Literally.
