Dillon Beach Nirvana 3 BR House with panoramic ocean views and hot tub

My wife and I have stayed at several Dillon Beach rentals in the past, and Patty's place was definitely the best. Her house feels completely private and has a total unobstructed view looking north towards Bodega Bay. There are only 3 other houses in Dillon Beach that have this unobstructed view, but none of these other 3 are rentals. This house is at the bluff's edge and is surrounded by the ocean and rocky hills. Patty is very communicative, generous, and truly cares that you are enjoying your stay. She responds to messages almost immediately. Her house has been updated with Anderson sliding windows/doors, and the property is very clean. Hoping to be back sooner than later!

So many things to love about this house — the view to the north is spectacular without a house or human in sight, just a red fox and deer. Lots of cozy places to sit. A compact, wonderfully useful kitchen. Fancy espresso machine. A Working hot tub.An ease and tranquility about the house, makes you slow down. Many houses in Dillon Beach that are advertised are above this house — which means you look down at other houses rather than looking straight at the ocean. Long hoses encourage you to clean the ocean spray off the windows for a completely clear view.

Amazing views, very nice home. We absolutely loved our stay. Patty was fantastic as well. Very accommodating. Highly recommend.

First trip to California for my grandson’s Coast Guard graduation in Petaluma. Our family has stayed at numerous VRBO’s and what I look for in a home is cleanliness, can it accommodate two seniors in their 70’s, views, location, comfortable beds, friendly and responsive hosts and how well is it stocked, just to name a few things. My experience with all of the above is 5*****. Lovely, clean home, breathtaking views, comfortable beds, etc. You will have to climb stairs to get to upper and lower bedrooms but they were not a problem. Highly recommend this home and their hosts.
