Clean and comfortable, but a little dated. Great view, responsive host. Seems like bedding was polyester, not cotton and didn't breath well. Kitchen pretty well stocked.

Property is good. Could use some furniture updating. In description of property you need to list kitchen appliances etc. Also, hot water did not get hot the first night so we had to adjust stat on hot water heater. Also, not instructions on what to so with bed sheets when departing.

We were very happy with our stay at the single level home in Dillon Beach. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We chose to stay there hoping there would be very few fireworks. We were extremely relieved that we barely heard any fireworks at all. The views from the house are great! There were a couple days where we didn't have views due to the fog but that's expected. We had a minor problem at the house and the property manager took care of it immediately.

Four friends gathered in this lovely home to explore the surroundings and spend time together. The house was beautifully located with majestic views, well-appointed, and easy to access.We had a wonderful time and closed our time together in a circle with gratitude for the lovely space.

This is the second year in a row we chose this property for our annual New Years trip to this beautiful coast. The house is perfect for a family of five. Plenty of space, amazing views, a great location in a great neighborhood off the beaten path but close to everything. We will be back!!!

this house is at the edge of the world, overlooking the mighty pacific, with stunning views of the changing landscape.this was our second time staying here. (family of 5: 2 parents, 3 adult children, one sweet dog)it also features a very open layout and nice carpet which is lovely for hanging outour stay featured rain, storms & fog, as well as sun and overcast. (december) the house is very cozy, and the heat works well.daily walks on the beach are essential, but do go when the tide is low enough for safe travel to Tomales Bay.ping pong in the garage is a huge bonus.

Great views. Kitchen fairly well stocked except not enough pots with lids of medium size. Dishes mostly cracked and too heavy to manage in dishwasher. Dishwasher did not work so on Thanksgiving with all the mess we had to do by hand. Repaired Friday mid day-many thanks-but after the busiest food day. Some pots/dishes/utensils were not clean when we arrived. Back bedrooms both have moldy window jams. Dates were 27 nov-dec 1 2024, not what shown above. I would like a credit for the malfunctioning dishwasher.

My husband and I stayed at this property with a good friend and her two adult daughters to celebrate a birthday milestone. It was exactly what we had hoped for! The house has an awesome view of Dillon Beach. There are two steps to get into the house (there is a railing to hold on to) but otherwise all one level which was important for our group. We spent a lot of our trip hanging out at the house soaking in the view. The kitchen is very well equipped so we were able to eat most meals in, including making use of the propane bbq. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We saw deer, bunnies and quail everyday. We had plenty of room in the house for our party of 5 and we all found the beds comfortable. John was very responsive to our questions, which were few. We all hope we can come back and stay again soon.

This is the second time we have rented this lovely house. All was as expected except the king bed was different and not in a good way. The firmest bed ever! Not comfortable at all. My husband slept on the couch. If can’t replace should put at least a 2 inch topper on it. All else was wonderful ! My sister enjoyed it too. The queen bed was nice she said.

Beautiful home that is clean, well equipped and maintained. Easy to get to. Sits on the bluffs so there is a constant changing view of the ocean. Wildlife [deer, rabbits and quail etc] are easily observed. Just a few driving minutes from the beach. This is our second year.

Highly recommend! Big windows provide a stunning view of the ocean & beautiful surroundings which include bunnies, quail and other birds.The home is very spacious, especially the main living area with plenty of seating, and it was perfect for our multi-generational family. Some updated couches would be nice, but this is still a top notch place to enjoy Dillon Beach and the coast. John was super responsive, and the house was extremely clean.

Going without a television for over a day was a problem, plus you only get apps, no regular channels. We also did not like the property manager coming in while we were not there. The rug coming out from the kitchen is a hazard, as we tripped every time.

We were a group ranging in age from 73 elders to parents 40-ish with two toddlers. The accommodations were spacious and excellent for all ages allowing comfortable communal space and private space as well. The views were breathtaking and salutary regardless of weather and the side trips venturing off the beaten path were great.

Cozy beach property with an amazing view. Felt like home from the second we arrived. A short drive to beach access and centrally located between tomales and bodega bays. The property manager was communicative and accommodating. The perfect spot for our annual New Years getaway. We will definitely be booking this spot in the future!

This was a great place for our 5-person family (all adults) on a very rainy week between Christmas and New Year's. There is ample shared space, with cozy carpeting and lots of places to sit, which was great for hanging out while rain pelted the windows. And having two tables allowed us to have a jigsaw puzzle set up the whole time. Another big plus is the ping pong table in the garage. That got a lot of use. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen works well. And the view absolutely can not be beat. So many windows facing out onto the Pacific Ocean. Gorgeous.

The property does have beautiful views, however, the cleanliness of the sheets in the bedrooms was questionable. Miscommunication with the property manager giving us wrong information. There were spiderwebs in the kitchen. The internet did not work for the majority of our stay. I was accused of resetting the WiFi and it then turned out that a technician was working a couple houses down the street and had disconnected the Wi-Fi overall what was supposed to have been a relaxing getaway was stressful.

House is spacious and clean. It is designed to maximize ocean views and you won't be disappointed. House is in good repair and well supplied. Bring bottled water as the local water has a musty taste. Check the VRBO app and email frequently. We missed notification of a planned power outage and some communications from the property manager. Everyone in our group loved the house and plan on returning.

Great view from comfortable smaller living area.large main living area does not have a good view of ocean, In fact it serves no purpose except tv wartching. We never used the tv. We just spent a wonderful long weekend at this property. The views are amazing and Dillon Beach is a lovely getaway location. The house is very clean, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. Seeing the neighboring critter inhabitants on the hill is such an added bonus, we saw many deer, rabbits, hares and quail. Thank you, we look forward to a return visit.
