This home has a prime location, only 118 feet to the private beach access at Savannah Pavilion and only a 5-minute walk to downtown Seaside with its vibrant town scene. Sunsets on Savannah is the rear guest cottage to the main home Goodobbies.
The exterior of the cottage radiates the quintessential coastal vibe, inviting you to bask in the warm Florida sun. Whether you want to explore the iconic architecture or indulge in nearby eateries and boutiques, you’re perfectly situated to enjoy it all. Guests can park in private parking down a long private driveway and walk to their guest cottage and easily unload.
Step inside and into the first level to be welcomed into an airy living area adorned with modern and coastal decor. The space is thoughtfully designed to be both functional and inviting, featuring a queen sofa sleeper for two, a flat-screen Plasma TV, and a nearby washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a renovated full bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a single vanity.
Ascend the wooden, spiral staircase to discover the stunning upper-level open king room. This space boasts a plush king-sized bed that promises restful nights and rejuvenating sleep, a Plasma flatscreen TV, and a half bath. This coastal retreat is complete with modern fixtures and ample space, making it a private oasis for guests. Next to the king room, there is an efficiency kitchenette equipped with essentials for preparing light meals or snacks. The house was very clean and the location was fantastic as it was only steps away from the beach and downtown seaside. We would highly recommend to anyone that is traveling to the area.

This property is ideal for small families. Very convenient and close to everything. The upstairs bed was comfortable. Has everything you need for a quick weekend. We will be back!

Overall it was a great stay. I contacted homeowners collection a couple times with questions and they answered me right away. Someone greeted us at the property about 15 minutes after we got there, she was very nice and helpful. This property is a guest home and is very small. We are 3 and it was perfect for us. The proximity to the beach and the town center was amazing. The cross over to the beach is on this street which this is the second house on the street, so very very close. The town center is 2 streets over. And the gym and pool are on the same street as the property. Property was very clean and very white.

Clean and sparse, nothing on walls or decor of any sort - this rental was in the back of the house shown in the exterior photos - a garage apartment style building. We were surprised to walk up to a full house of people in the main home, and walk past to the very small building the back yard. Seemed newly done, could smell paint still, but clean and had the basics of what you need - bed, shower, washer/dryer, and convenient walk to beach & restaurants. Fine for our family of four. Interior photos are a true reflection of the inside.
