Perched above Central Square in the iconic Dreamland Heights building, Sweet Pea is one of Seaside's most coveted penthouse retreats. This spectacular one-bedroom residence occupies the third and fourth floors and offers some of the most breathtaking Gulf of Mexico and sunset views in town. Overlooking the Seaside Amphitheater and the emerald waters beyond, this exceptional getaway places you in the center of everything Seaside has to offer.

Booking with homeowners collection is the way to go. From the time I booked our trip till the time we left they always reached out to make sure we were good or if we needed anything. Sweet pea was an amazing place to stay. The views were unreal. Can’t say enough good about to would highly recommend using Homeowners Collections.

This was a perfect loft for my wife and I on a long weekened away. The location is right in the middle of everything without begin "in it". The roof top patio was awesome with incredible views of Seaside, the Gulf, and sunset. We would certainly stay again. The hosts were great and very responsive too.

Good location, condo is part of the main square on 30A with close access to the beach and shops. Had some sand in the condo and bed but that can be expected with beachfront rentals, so not a big deal. The oven wasn't operational but we typically went out to eat every evening. We've been coming to Seaside the last 4 or 5 summers but usually stay deeper in Seaside off of 30A since we have our kids with us and need larger space, so this was the first time we've stayed in or near the square. Everything seems fine in the area until about ~ 9:00pm. Apparently the last few years Seaside has started to allow golf cart parking along with the carts driven dangerously by junior high kids all through seaside. It seems to be mostly junior high/teenagers who aren't staying in Seaside and drive over from watercolor and seagrove once that area shuts down for the night. From 9:30pm-11pm it looks and sounds like Mardi Gras for middle school aged kids in the main square and all down 30A in Seaside with screaming, loud cursing by teens/young kids...The sound in the condo is fine, we had no issues but it wasn't really enjoyable to go outside or on the patio/balcony during that time. The noise/atmosphere is fine if you're staying in Daytona Beach, Ft Lauderdale, etc during spring break but not worth it for the price families pay to stay in Seaside. Eventually police clear out the kids every night around 11pm but it's unfortunate because the lack of parent supervision with these middle/junior high school kids trying to drive golf carts will eventually lead to a preventable accident in the area, if it hasn't already happened. It's getting to the point where long time regulars will just stay elsewhere for half the cost of Seaside to get the same experience/value.
