About this house rental
One of two guest houses to the "Feeling Good Again" main cottage on Seaside Avenue, the Quincy Carriage House is the upstairs unit and can be rented with the 8 bedroom main house or separately - as a one-bedroom guest house - as listed here.
Home Highlights:
• 2 adult sized beach cruisers included
• 1 private parking space
• You will have a total of 4 RFID access cards for access to the private beaches in Seaside.
• Walking/biking distance to Seaside beaches, shops, playgrounds, and restaurants
• Sandpiper Linen Program Participant: All linen, bedding and bath, are the highest quality.
✨OPTIONAL ADD-ONS✨
→ There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. The cost for this cottage is $28/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation.
→ Optional Cancellation Protection**- Allows cancellation for ANY reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies paid returned ($50 fee applies at booking).
The Quincy Carriage House offers a private entrance to these Inn-like accommodations complete with private living space, flat screen TV, and modified kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, sink, toaster, and cookware. The entire carriage house is decorated in a tasteful bed and breakfast manor with beautiful wallpaper, decor, and plush bedding.
Accommodations: (sleeps 4)- Located on the second level of guest cottage
• Bedroom 1: King bed, Flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo
The living space also offers a sleeper sofa, more suitable for small children

Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.
