Loved everything about our stay at Gravy - especially the easy walking and biking proximity to everything Seaside has to offer (and fun bike trails behind WaterColor as well). Very clean and exactly as described. Would definitely rent here again.

The house was very clean and welcoming. My only advice would be to find a way to get a shower curtain to avoid water getting out of the shower.

Pros: Location, short walk to private beach, private drive parking, adult and family pool.Cons: For the price point, I felt that these things that could have been improved: The restaurants in the area are overpriced, so we decided that we would cook some of our meals. The house listing is for 4 ppl, but there was only one set of silverware (4 of each utensil) and some dish and cup sets had less than 4 (prior breakage?) which meant we had to do dishes frequently. There was a grill but we had to request a grill brush and tools to use the grill because the were not supplied. The small fridge and freezer limited ability to cook meals. The flooring and carpet were worn, kitchen faucet handle worked intermittently / was temperamental. There were also stains on the slip covers for the furniture, and the doors were dirty along the side where people had touched instead of using the handles. This gave the impression that the cleaning service is doing a superficial cleaning.
