The heart of the home is a beautifully redesigned, open-concept living space where everyone can gather after a day at the beach. The custom-designed kitchen is both gorgeous and functional, making everything from a quick breakfast before the beach to a family dinner at home feel effortless. High-end finishes, beautiful cabinetry, carefully selected fixtures and designer details give the home a polished look while still keeping it relaxed and welcoming.
The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, providing plenty of room for families or friends traveling together. Every bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable retreat at the end of a long beach day, while the newly remodeled bathrooms add another layer of luxury and convenience.

Located in Seaside, this home puts you within easy walking distance of the town's famous shops, restaurants, coffee spots, entertainment and iconic beach. You'll also have access to Seaside's private beach through the Savannah Pavilion, making those morning walks to the Gulf wonderfully easy.
The home is also conveniently located near two of Seaside's community pools, giving you another option when you're ready to cool off. Seaside offers additional amenities including its town center, playgrounds, tennis, pickleball, croquet and more. Optional access to Seaside's pools and fitness center is also available.
And because exploring 30A is even more fun on two wheels, two beach cruiser bicycles are included with your stay.

The owners, with roots in New Orleans, have been coming to Seaside since the 1980’s. They have always loved the quaint early cottages built on the east side of town. They remind the family of the gorgeous architecture of New Orleans where Southern charm and sophistication are abundant. We want our guests to have every modern convenience wrapped in Seaside and New Orleans architectural charm.

• Bedroom 3: Full bed under built-in twin bunk, TV, hallway bathroom with shower only and Laundry Room

Out the back door is an outdoor shower and grill and outdoor dining space for 6. If you are in need of a little more room, Creole (VRBO 291904), is the 2-bedroom guest cottage right next door.

🔹There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals. The cost for this cottage is $84/day. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.
🔹Seaside amenities: Playground, Pickleball Courts, Tennis Courts, Croquet Lawn, Basketball, 3 community pools including a covered pool, Adult only pool and Family pool, Chapel with Sunday services, Walkable Town Center from rental home including shopping, restaurants and upscale grocery market.
Vacation Cancellation Protection- Allows cancellation for any reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies refunded ($125 fee applies at booking)

This was our 2nd time using sandpiper vacation rentals to book our seaside stay, and we were impressed once again from start to finish. Professional and knowledgeable. Efficient yet thorough. Their booking staff, greeters, cleaning crews, etc are all top notch in our opinion. The home, conquina, was the perfect amount of space. We loved the porches and the location. We will absolutely book through sandpiper vacation rentals again and would be pleased to stay in coquina as well.
