About this house rental
'Forever Mary' is located in Seaside on 25 Tupelo Street within 50 feet of beach access. Tupelo Street has it own Private Beach area. Keep this in mind when looking for the right house, 'If you are not close to the beach, you are not close to the beach!' You will not want to go home once you experience the relaxing atmosphere of Seaside.
Put your car keys away and enjoy the benefit of staying in Seaside. You can walk or bike if you like to everything in Seaside. Whatever your pleasure, a day at the beach (only 100 yards), watch the sun set at the Tupelo Pavilion (the most photographed place in Seaside), walk to one of the 3 pools, (have lunch delivered to you as you relax by the family pool), shop, enjoy a live play, movie, or music at the Amphitheater, tennis, bike on the nearby bike trails, have dinner at one of the many restaurants, stroll the artist colony and the many art galleries, unwind in the fitness center, or just lose yourself in the swing or rocking chairs on the large screened porch.
Our home features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths (3 are private). 3 bedrooms are on the main level, along with the open great room and dining room with high ceilings, large kitchen and large screened porch (additional dining table on the porch). Upstairs bedroom has private bath, and balcony overlooking Seaside and the Blue Gulf waters. Each bedroom has a closet and chest of drawers for your convenience. After enjoying a day at the beach you can shower in the private outdoor/indoor shower. To keep you in touch with reality there is WiFi.
It is one of the original houses built in Seaside (updated in 2020). You will feel right at home with the large open spaces designed for larger families. We have made it our 'home away from home' and hope you will enjoy it as much as our family and friends have over the years.

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful! The house was close to the shops and close to the beach, perfect for our entire family. The house was clean and open and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family to stay comfortably. We will definitely be staying there again!

Looking for a little piece of the old Florida panhandle we grew up with, we found it on Tupelo Street. “ Forever Mary”is one of the prototype cottages that the Seaside founder and architects used to start this town. We spent hours on the front porch in comfortable chairs chatting, no technology in sight. Although we had great wifi and 500 channels on the tv, our best times were on the porch late into the night. Tupelo neighbors walked by and said “hello” from the street as they passed. I think it’s what the founder Robert Davis may have intended when he designed these cottages with large covered porches. … The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The beds were firm enough for our group and we slept well. The kitchen is clean and has every utensil and pot you may need. The beach is so close that we didn’t need a wagon to haul the chairs that are provided at the house to the beach. Bike rack near the porch for your bikes. 2 minute walk to central Seaside. Rich, the owner, responded to any question I had and always quickly. It looks like this has been his families home since it was built. It is a special place. We hope they never change it! We will be back:)

Forever Mary is in a perfect location in seaside. Just walk across the street to the beach. The family home is so welcoming, with large screened in porch, bright roomy kitchen, and large family/dining area. The owner could not be more accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this jewel!
