About this house rental
Just renovated throughout and perfectly located on a large corner lot steps from the beach, town, and amenities, Sweet Jasmine accommodates 10 guests and is the ideal choice for your next coastal getaway! Situated just a block from the beach and downtown Seaside, you’ll find yourself within easy walking distance of over 35 shops and restaurants. This home offers multiple outdoor spaces where the family can relax and unwind, and amazing indoor spaces, as well. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by a large fenced yard and an inviting Adirondack seating area, complete with a fountain just steps from the front door.
Inside, a foyer opens to four bedrooms on the first floor. The first is a king primary suite, complete with a private ensuite bathroom, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a dresser. The king room opens to the front, wrap-around porch with an outdoor swing- a sweet place to chill and take in the great outdoors. The second bedroom is a queen room, featuring a flat-screen TV, dresser, and its ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and single vanity. The third bedroom, also a queen, shares a full hall bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo, near the fourth bedroom, also featuring a queen bed.
Head upstairs to the renovated, open, airy, second level, which boasts an open-concept layout with vaulted ceilings. A tasteful, modern, fully equipped kitchen offers bar seating for four and stainless steel appliances. Next to the kitchen, a dining table for seven provides a lovely space for family meals, next to a smaller table for the kids, and an additional seating area for two. An open, coastal living area, with comfortable slipcovered seating and a flat-screen TV, opens onto a large private balcony furnished with a bench swing and dining table for four. For added convenience, a butler’s pantry, laundry room, and half bath are located just off the kitchen.
A bonus tower space is located up a spiral staircase, offering an enclosed bunk room with a bunk bed and sink area. This level also opens onto a private tower deck with Adirondack seating for two, where you can catch glimpses of the Gulf and panoramic views of Seaside—a perfect setting for a morning coffee amidst the sounds of birds and waves. Loved this spacious, updated cottage in a perfect Seaside location. We especially loved the living room - plenty of seating for the four adults to stretch out and watch TV. Highly recommend - we will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Sweet Jasmine! Each of the 4 rooms downstairs had an associated bathroom, which was amazing for all the adults we had staying with us. The upstairs common area was huge and the kitchen was extremely impressive, with modern appliances and plenty of dishware. We loved the screened in patio overlooking Ruskin street. The house was far enough away from the main drive/storefronts to be quiet, but was so close to all the main stores and the beach access point (both about 3-4 minute easy walk). It was also very close to the adult pool, family pool, and fitness center. Couldn't really have asked for anything better, leaves nothing to be desired!

The house was very nice (one bedroom and bathroom had not been updated like the others but all the upgrades were very nice including the kitchen). We stated that we wouldn’t mind staying here again. It wasn’t too far from the beach or town area, great screened porch off the living room area, lots of places to”hang out “ together etc.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. My complaints for the house:1) Only one trash can outside2) The bunk room ceiling fan is attached to the lights, so you must have the lights on in order to use the fan. 3) There is one mattress that is hard as a rock. 4) The master bed literally creeks every time you move which is not ideal for good sleep. I was very pleased with the quick response to a maintenance issue, so the service was great. They fixed the air conditioning in one room.
