"Teacher’s Lounge" is a favorite and often-featured cottage in Seaside, providing everything needed for a comfortable and unforgettable getaway. This charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home accommodates up to 14 guests and features inviting balconies on both the first and second floors—perfect for enjoying the morning sun with a cup of coffee.

Step inside to a bright and open living area with soaring ceilings. There's plenty of seating for everyone, including a queen sleeper sofa, making it a cozy spot to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or gather for quality time together.

The living room flows into a spacious dining area, which seats eight comfortably, creating the ideal space for family meals and conversation. The modern kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, includes a breakfast bar with seating for four, conveniently located across from the dining table. Just off the kitchen, a screened-in porch overlooks the side yard, complete with a relaxing hammock.

On the first floor, there’s a spacious queen bedroom with a private bath. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms: another queen room, a king primary suite, and a custom bunk room with three built-in twin bunks, sleeping up to six more guests. The queen room is light and airy, decorated in soothing coastal colors, while the king primary suite includes a private bathroom with a double vanity. A furnished open-air porch just outside the bedrooms provides a peaceful treetop view.

Additional features include an outdoor shower, a charcoal grill on the lower porch, and a convenient on-site washer and dryer. Guests at Teacher’s Lounge also have access to a fitness center, swimming pool, and tennis & pickleball courts. Located near the family pool and park, and only a short stroll from the beach, Teacher’s Lounge is an ideal retreat for both families and friends.
