About this house rental
Dragonfly, a lovely beachside home, offers a prime, enchanting location, amazing gulf views, and more! It is perfectly located just one house from the beach, features balconies and great outdoor spaces, is one block to the Seaside Amphitheater and airstream row, and only 10 steps to the East Pavilion beach access. Paradise! This was one of the original Anniversary Cottages (completely re-done) at Seaside and overlooks the quaint, famous Honeymoon Cottages in Seaside, FL.
Step inside and into the first level of this beachside home. This airy level boasts two bedrooms, a generous king suite with a full bath, a single vanity, a marble shower, private screen porch access, and plenty of room to kick back, relax, and unwind. Also on the first level is a bunk room sleeping four, offering 4 single beds and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom can be found on the second level, featuring a king bed and a full bath. There’s a large 46' LCD TV and DVD in the living room, as well as 32' LCD TVs in each of the three bedrooms! DirectTV HD is located throughout the house.
Head up the stairs to discover an open-concept space, boasting plenty of natural light, gulf views through windows, and a coastal, communal space. The fully equipped kitchen greets guests on the level, which includes stainless appliances and a GE stainless steel dual-fuel range. The open living area is nearby, offering seating for all, a flatscreen TV, serene views, as well as access to a private, furnished balcony that overlooks the stunning gulf. Perfect vacation getaway for Mom, Dad, baby, Nana & Papa. Ground floor had large br with a king bed and en-suite. Large 2nd br had 2 sets of bunk beds and it’s own bathroom w/ standup shower. Large screened in porch was great to let baby play while we enjoyed relaxing. Papa & Nana had the large king bedroom and en-suite upstairs, where the kitchen and living area were. Kitchen was kinda small, with a drawer freezer and a mini fridge, but we didn’t use it much anyway. Large covered deck has a small view of the ocean. Beds were comfortable and the whole house was clean. Very close to the beach. Quiet and relaxing stay. I can’t say enough about the management company. From beginning to end they were better than 5 stars. Every person was super helpful and friendly and we lacked for nothing.

We rent through Homeowner's at least twice a year. They are always fantastic to work with. This trip was no different. Our house was ready early and when there were issues to address they were done quickly and easily. Dragonfly is in the most perfect spot:steps from the pavilion and perfectly close to downtown. The layout is very conducive to families with older children. They had the entire downstairs to themselves. Cons:I wish that I would have known that there was not a full-size refrigerator. That was tough with 2 college football players and their appetites. The house could use a little tlc but would not keep us from staying there again.
