About this house rental
Location is Primo!
Our building overlooks the shops in the Ruskin Place district of Seaside, and during the day, you can sit and watch folks walking by, shopping and enjoying Seaside’s unique stores.
When you enter the Picasso Moon, you will find a very industrial style building which was fashioned after the SoHo district in New York City. If you are looking for elegance or a fancy Watercolor style type home, this is not what you will find: instead, you will find a loft style building with an artistic flair concrete walls, concrete floors and a unique style of fun.
We have a large and great rooftop where you can see Seaside from 360 degrees. The Gulf, The park, The houses to the East, and to the West
……….. you can experience sunrise and sunset.
Once you have arrived in Seaside, you truly DO NOT have to get in your car again unless you want to leave our lovely town.....

• walk to breakfast.. #GREAT SOUTHERN CAFE
• walk to the beach, pool, tennis,
• walk to shops, #QUINCY AVE ART N THINGS, #FOCUS, #DEJAVU, #SEASIDE CLASSICS
• walk to lunch, and then cocktails, and dinner and ….#PICKLES, #BAREFOOT BBQ, #FISHOUT OF WATER
• walk to the ice cream store................#HEAVENLY’S ICE CREAM or #FROST BITES

IMPORTANT:
1. owner will charge for extra people over the 4 limit
2. If you wish the use of pool and fitness that is an extra $50/day fee for 4 passes.. I only charge if you wish to use..you will need to go online and reserve....
3. Parking... We do not have designated parking, however, you can purchase a parking pass for a ONE TIME fee of $20, which will guarantee you parking...
WE are NOT pet friendly please don't ask, the answer will always be no....there are so many people with allergies that we do not allow those guests to be uncomfortable. Smoking is also NOT allowed, unless you smoke on the roof

Host and property were amazing! Wonderful location in the middle of everything. Rooftop deck is a great place to watch the sunset. We had a blast just sitting on the balcony.

Perfect place for our weekend stay. So easy to walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants, and Watercolor for a wedding we were attending. Made getting around easy with our 2 and a half year old granddaughter. The large porch is such a plus! We will definitely stay again!

The renter was super easy to communicate with and always very responsive! The apartment was the perfect location, very clean, and family friendly. We definitely hope to stay again! The balcony is absolutely gorgeous with the most amazing swing bed!!! It was a fabulous place to rent!!!

Great place and have great location with perfect amenities. In the heart of town and right next to town/beach. It worked up perfectly for our family and when it was busy, easy to retreat back to the apartment. That being said, I would say the 2 things a future family need to consider:*My only recommendation is that the dryer was not working well (Probably only clogged vents and needs to be cleaned out of lint) as noted by prior renter. Not a major problem, but even with a small handful of clothes (we made sure no sand) would barely dry after 2 hours, so air dried.*Parking can be a challenge as it’s a lot for the building, but public as well. Wasn’t that big a deal for us as we just ‘parked’ our car, but if you drive to nearby towns and come back around mid-day dinner, just know that you may have to find parking nearby and park your car back later.In spite of these two things, still rated 5 stars. Rooftop has top notch views. Kitchen was perfect for a family and the porch setting overlooking the boulevard was like being in New Orleans (see everybody). Good relaxing spot.
