Enjoy a cozy family room with a new 43" 4K LED flat screen, DVR, Blue Ray DVD Player and High-Speed Wireless Internet Access. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen and dining area await you on the main floor. A new three-part whole house water filtration system has been installed delivering bottled water quality water throughout the house. A bathroom with larger shower (no tub) & outside access, plus a closet stacked washer and dryer (also located directly outside the home) complete the main level. Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms and a second bathroom/shower combo. The master bedroom has a Westin Heavenly™ king size mattress and Pottery Barn™ Stratton bed, ample closet space, dresser, under bed storage drawers and a new 24” LED flat screen TV. The guest room with its Westin Heavenly™ queen size mattress and Pottery Barn™ Stratton bed and flat screen TV. This bedroom has french doors to your own private balcony. The balcony has two comfortable cushioned chaise lounges - a great place to "catch some sun" read a book and just enjoy life. There is a shared full bath (shower only) in the hall. Also provided is a portable crib, child gate, highchair and numerous games and puzzles that are sure to keep the kids busy after a long day at the beach! Up one more level you'll find the best seats in the house! Complete with two twin day beds with Westin Heavenly™ mattresses and lots of comfortable pillows to relax and lounge on. Open the windows to hear the waves crash onto the beach or turn on the new 39” LED flat screen TV or new Blue Ray DVD player and enjoy a movie. The tower will quickly become your favorite room in the house! The view of the town and of the gulf are awesome. Kids love to play up here and adults love to come up and have cocktails and enjoy the sunset. There is a small balcony off of the tower to look at the Seaside skyline. There are chairs, umbrellas, toys, and floats provided for your beach enjoyment. The home is even equipped with whole house air UV air purification system!!!

The perfect end-of-summer getaway!Our little family of three had the most amazing time staying here. The house was absolutely perfect—clean, welcoming, and full of charm. We spent our evenings playing cards on the screened-in porch, our days riding bikes through the beautiful brick-road neighborhood, and made countless memories walking to the beach just minutes away. The location couldn’t have been better with shops and restaurants all within a quick bike ride or short stroll.The beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor shower was a favorite after sandy beach days. Our daughter especially loved relaxing in the cozy upstairs loft with a good book. It truly was the ideal family vacation spot, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Brought my husband, two kids and our dog for a trip to Seaside. I loved that this house is dog friendly and so close to the beach and town center which is why we booked this. The house was very clean and there were no issues getting in when we arrived. The only draw was the limited included kitchen supplies. Not horrible by any means. We’ve always been lucky to book homes that have any and every thing you can think of in the kitchen which is why I always plan to do a lot of cooking. Love having access to fresh seafood! We ended up using a lot of paper products and inadvertently burned quite a few things with the older/warped pans/skillets that were included. I know not everyone cooks on vacation so aside from that this is a great house and location! Just wanted to give a heads up for those who do like to cook and expect to have a lot of supplies. You will need to bring every grain of salt, sugar, pepper, etc. which most folks probably do anyway.

The home had everything we needed and we loved the short walks to town and to the beach. Having bikes delivered to us was a great convenience. We loved the screened porch entry and the tower views. Communication was good and the home was clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Fantastic location. Very clean unit with exception of bad pet stains on master bedroom carpet next to where you step to get into bed and storage of towels and tissue next to toilet bowl cleaner brush. Wonderful tower upstairs. Owner made surprise visit to charge his car - would not have been a big deal, except men with him insisted on entering home unannounced and it was rude and invasive; they should have contacted the management company to do this. Management was pleasant on telephone, but could have followed up better. Could have been an excellent stay and a place we would have liked to repeatedly stayed in, but the "quirks" sort of killed the experience. We would recommend if the towel storage was addressed, bath soap provided in showers, and assurance was provided that owner would not make surprise visits. An effort should be made to make guests who have spent a great deal of money to feel welcome with some kind of personal contact, like a welcome note. Could be a really good experience, as location is excellent. I would recommend this place, but would want assurances re the issues mentioned.
