Ideal for young families, Rosewalk offers a quiet, storybook atmosphere where shaded sand paths wind through towering oaks—perfect for kids to play and for guests to truly unwind.

Arrive to an inviting open-air front porch featuring a charming bistro dining setup for two, along with classic rocking chairs overlooking the quaint Rosewalk Park. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee or enjoying an evening nightcap, this peaceful perch offers a front-row seat to the simple joys of Seaside living. Just beyond, the park’s shaded grove, climbing trees, and soft sand paths create a natural playground after long, sun-soaked beach days.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect cottage for my husband and me and our two kids. It had everything we needed and a great location. The only thing I would mention is that if you have a big SUV, this is not the cottage to stay in. So the “parking space” is in front of your cottage, but in a small alley. Other cottages have to use this alley to park as well. The way other guests park, there is no way to turn around so you have to back out onto 30A to leave. 30A is always busy so that was not fun. Also, our internet did not work for 4 days so we couldn’t watch TV at night.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in 30a. The house was well maintained, good about of amenities in the kitchen, furniture and bedding were in good condition and a good amount of seating for 3 guests. It would be helpful if the property had instructions on how to use the appliances as the dishwasher was tricky as so was the lock on the main door. The house location was very convenient to the beach and the downtown area. Renter beware if you are renting in the summer months! Due to its proximity to the main road, crowds of teens pillage the streets till the late hours of the night. They are extremely loud. Do not leave belongs outside as they will steal them even if they are out of view from the road. Also, there is no parking at the house so you will have to find parking along 30a which was difficult.
