Whether it’s a morning soak or a night under the stars, our hot tub is the perfect way to enhance your beach getaway. Gardner's Eden is located just off of 30-A in Old Seagrove Beach. Gardner's Eden is a family-owned and operated house located just off of 30-A in Old Seagrove Beach. Situated about 120 yards from the beach, you can easily walk down to the water or to Seaside (literally 10-15 yards away). It is situated on a private, dead-end street with no through traffic. The house is 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably. The unbeatable location provides quick and easy access to the state park, local restaurants, shopping, and the neighboring communities (Seaside, Seagrove and Watercolor), yet provides an escape away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds.
Gardner's Eden has an open floor plan, perfect for families or enjoying the company of friends. The large living and dining area flows into the well equipped kitchen. One of the first floor bedrooms contains a king bed, the other first floor bedroom contains two twin beds, each with an en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor.
French doors from the master bedroom open to a balcony which offers a spectacular view of Seaside. A spiral staircase leads to the third floor Crow's Nest, the perfect spot for enjoying the panoramic views of the Gulf and Seaside. The downstairs porches and decks offer plenty of outdoor space and ways to relax, whether it is cooking dinner on the grill, sitting on the porch swing or enjoying the outdoor shower. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO ANY POOL FACILITIES WITH GARDNER'S EDEN. There is a front door security camera.

Hop, skip & jump from Seaside! Easy for teens/kids to ride bikes to & from Seaside or Beach. House was super charming and more spacious than the photos reveal. The second floor is private with a very large suite overlooking big balcony (which leads to crows nest). The two rooms downstairs were great with bathrooms. Kitchen has everything needed! It worked nicely for our family & we had an awesome Spring Break! Ellen was super sweet! We will be back.
