About this apartment rental

Totally updated condo. This one bedroom, one bath condo has new granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath along with new heated tile floors throughout. Relax on the quiet balcony with mountain views. Ski lifts are only 100 yards away or walk across the street and catch the free shuttle that will take you to the base area or to town.

After a hard day of skiing or hiking, enjoy drinks on the deck or invite friends and family to the outdoor patio that boasts a grill and hot tub. There are also saunas on the premises along with his/hers bathrooms and showers.

A new bed in the master will give anyone a good night's sleep and the fold out sofa bed will sleep extra family or friends.

Laundry facilities are located right next to the unit. There is free high speed internet throughout the complex. Free, uncovered parking is available at the complex.

Directions from Denver International Airport:
Get onto I-70 headed west. Take exit 260 to merge onto CO-470E toward Colorado Springs. Take the exit onto US-285 S toward Fairplay. Continue on US-285 S until its junction with US-50 W, where you will take a right. Take US-50 into Gunnison. Turn right onto CO-135, which will take you into the town of Crested Butte. Continue on CO-135 and head up the mountain for about 2 miles. Make a right on Snowmass Rd. The condo complex is the first on your left.

Directions from Gunnison Airport:
Take S Boulevard St to W Tomichi Avenue. Take a right on W. Tomichi. Turn left at N Main St. Continue straight on CO-135 through the town of Crested Butte. Head up the mountain for about 2 miles past the town of Crested Butte. Turn right on Snowmass Rd. The condo complex is the first on your left.

The property is very nicely furnished and had everything we needed for myself and 2 teen age daughters. The bed and pull out were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the sitting area and TV were perfect for watching movies at night. The balcony has an awesome view of the mountains. It is a very short walk to the West Wall Lift. We were able to easily return for lunch. The Hot tub was very clean and perfect temperature. The unit had plenty of trash bags, dish soap , toilet paper etc. Very close to the laundrt room. Would definitely stay again.

We were extremely happy with the accommodations in this renovated condo in Mt Crested Butte. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had nice updates and the balcony was perfect for evening relaxation. The location is very convenient to all of the activities available in the area. You can't go wrong with this rental!

We usually stay in town, but decided to stay on the mountain this time. This is a great property; very convenient to the mountain, still close to town. The unit was just as described, perfect for my wife and me. Great shower, plenty of space - and an elevator! for this 4th level unit. Ample parking and a bus stop right at the parking lot entrance. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no shuttle to town and it’s quite a hike to the transit station. The condo has everything you need for a long weekend. It’s perfect for 3-4 people.
