Yes-our welcome packet was at the property office, even though it was a code entry.
I didn't hate it, but there were a lot of stairs to get to the unit. It was not clear when I booked the property.

Very clean and comfy for my husband, our daughter and myself. Beautiful Mountain View! Loved the electric fireplace! The place was so cozy and inviting after long ski days. Perfect bathroom and kitchen set up.
There wasn’t any new snowfall so we could not ski in or out. My husband could- barely but my daughter and I couldn’t. But the free shuttle to and from Base was priceless, easy, quick and conviennent! Drivers were wonderful!

Loved the location, the view, the extras such as spices, soaps, snacks! Joy was very kind and helpful as we had a bit of trouble getting the check-in info.
The tv in the bedroom did not work- a small inconvenience. The office was difficult to find to pick up our welcome packet. The hot tub was closed/locked in our building.

Partially remodeled but the stuff that wasn't was pretty chintsy. Pretty pricey for an of season ski in ski out condo
