About this apartment rental
This well decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located just a short walk from the base area and free shuttle bus to the town of Crested Butte- right across the street! It has newly updated bathrooms, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a deck with an amazing view of Mt. Crested Butte. Enjoy the convenience of skiing in for lunch and for après ski. May accommodate up to seven people.
Bedrooms as follows: [1] King, [2] Queen and Twin. The living room has a Queen sofa sleeper. New mattresses as of August 2023!
*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.

**This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $15 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**
PARKING: Due to the minimal parking available, no more than one vehicle such as cars, vans, trucks, motorcycles, etc. shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Alpine Condominiums for each residential condominium unit. You will be provided with one parking pass upon arrival. There is nowhere to park on Mt. CB overnight, if you are traveling with two vehicles you will have to park in town and adhere to the snow removal schedule. Please have a plan in place before arrival. We under no circumstance can issue an additional parking pass.
**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**
**Please note: until confirmed with a deposit and executed rental agreement, vacation rental availabilities are subject to change. Each property is individually owned and/or managed.**

Overall, we loved the convenient location and setup for our small family. The building is closer than walking from the lots, and the shuttle bus to town is convenient as well. The rental could use some updating and better TV/app options, but let’s face it - you shouldn’t be prioritizing that on a ski trip.

We had an awesome trip to Mount Crested Butte and this condo was a perfect home base to enjoy skiing and other winter activities around CB.

Nice location but quite a bit of traffic noise. Notified on arrival that dryer wasn’t working - found out that washer wasn’t working correctly either, so wasted an afternoon at the laundromat. Washer/dryer was one of our main criteria for renting. Unit needs to be refreshed - lots of chipped paint, screen door won’t stay in position, etc. Maintenance was quick to come to fix broken toilet seat. Losing says sleeps 7 but there were only 5 glasses and 2 of those were jars. Plenty of shot/wineglasses. Nice partial view if the Butte from balcony. Overall pretty good but needs a little attention.
