A fantastic few days in the Gunnison Valley, launching from this home.
We had easy access to local trails, as well as the University, but truly enjoyed spending time cooking, sharing meals, and playing games in this bright, clean home.
I was very grateful for the host’s attentive feedback and care!

We enjoyed our stay at the brand new Gunnison house and would recommend it for small groups or families looking to explore the area.
Pros:
-House is brand new and close to downtown Gunnison.
-The gas stove in the living room is really nice to warm up by after a day of skiing.
-The kitchen was well stocked and had almost everything we needed.
-Water pressure and hot water is great.
-We loved being able to bring our dog, a rare find on Airbnb these days.
-The sound bar doubles as a bluetooth speaker which was really nice!
Cons:
-The house is in a new community so expect construction going on around you.
-The back gate is comes off its hinges easily and there was a giant sheet of ice covering the walkway. Really dangerous in the winter for elderly guests or anyone with disabilities.
-The lock on the back door didn't work for us at first. I would recommend speaking with the property manager before you arrive to make sure they are available in case you aren't able to get in.

Looked just like the pictures. Went skiing a few days and it was great to come back and sit in the cozy living room next to the fire. The place was clean and the layout was awesome! 10/10 would book again
