You’ll love our condo because of its cozy ambiance, fantastic location, and breathtaking views! Whether you’re coming for the adventure or to relax, this condo is the perfect home base for your Crested Butte experience. Ideal for up to 6 guests. If you plan on having 4+ guests, please contact us beforehand—additional fees apply. There is a additional /housekeeping Linen Fee of $45 for the use of the Sofa Sleeper.

🏠 The Space: This 896 sq ft mountain retreat is designed with your comfort in mind. Featuring a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom with a SLIDING/FOLDING WALL (see photos) that can be adjusted for privacy or left open to enjoy extra views.
Even with the wall closed, the Queen bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom and access to the balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, ensuring restful sleep. The living room offers a Queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for added comfort.
There are NO STAIRS to climb—though on the 3rd floor, the entrance is located on the main level for easy access. Step out onto your private deck and soak in the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee, or relax in the shaded comfort during the afternoon—ideal for Après.
🏂 Prime Location: Our condo is just a short walk to the West Wall lift, making your mountain adventures effortless. Prefer not to walk? Take advantage of the Free shuttle, which stops right in front of the parking lot—easy access to all the amazing things Crested Butte has to offer!
🛁 Relaxation Awaits: After a long day of exploring, unwind in the complex-wide hot tub, which boasts some of the best views around. The hot tub is conveniently located on the same floor as our condo and is available from 10 AM to 10 PM. There’s also a shared grill—perfect for cooking up a meal while taking in the incredible mountain scenery.

*Private washer/dryer in the condo, with an additional building coin-operated
washer/dryer available for larger loads

*Natural and/or organic soaps & shampoos provided for your comfort
*Oil diffuser with Doterra oils for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere
*Bedrooms include a humidifier, portable heater, and fan for added comfort during your stay
🚗 Guest Access: We offer 2 parking spaces available for guests—so convenient for unloading all your gear!

MAX occupancy: 6 guests. For groups of 4+ guests, please contact the host in advance—an additional $25 pp, per night applies ( excludes infants/toddlers).
Use of Sofa Sleeper is a additional one time linen fee of $45 for housekeeping.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Lauren was very communicative and easy to work with. The condo was well provisioned. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the balcony. We saw a fox while we were on the balcony. She was cute to watch.The free bus into town picked us up at the end of the parking lot and was easy to use. The hot tub looked nice but we did not have a chance to use it. We would stay here again next time we are in Crested Butte.

5 star. Just as advertised. Easy walk to lifts. Bring groceries and cook here, there is every kitchen gadget imaginable! Lauren was great from the start. Highly recommend. We will be back. Thanks Lauren!!
