About this apartment rental
The Wood Creek Lodge is a modern complex with unique amenities for Crested Butte. Expansive lower courtyard wrapped in green gardens in the summer and walls of white in the winter. Cozy up around the outdoor fire pit found in the center of the courtyard. Enjoy the communal grill and hang-out area next to the communal outdoor hot tub.
Beautifully upgraded 1 bedroom, 1 full bath condominium located on the first floor of the Lodge and is accessible on the ground floor. This one-level condo features stainless steel appliances granite countertops and comfortable modern furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook a meal for friends or family and is open to the living room and dining for extra entertaining. Seating for 4 at the dining table, additional seating for 2 at the kitchen breakfast bar. Unwind with seating in front of the electric fireplace. The master bedroom is super cozy with a new king bed and a small desk for items or work that needs to be done. The full Bathroom off of the hallway features double vanity sinks and a shower with a bench for a spa-like retreat. Outdoor complex parking for 2 is allotted. Communal, coin-operated laundry is available on the property.
The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. The Wood Creek Lodge is located on the summer town route schedule which is every 20 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes. In the winter, Wood Creek Lodge is on a special condo loop shuttle that picks up every 30 minutes and brings you to the base area. The shuttle is not needed for ski access when the West Wall lift is in operation.
Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management provides the basic comforts of home. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent. If you would like to arrange housekeeping services during your stay, please contact our office to schedule for a modest fee.

The location was great and able to catch the bus in front of the unit . It was quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the porch with the view of the mountains . We used the hot tub several times and there was no one else there . In addition we used the grill with no issues . Only negatives …. Tried to use the hair dryer and it kept over heating , the closet door was off the tracks when we got there, opened the sliding screen door and it fell off …. We were able to fix both door while there .

Unit was cute, updated and well appointed with everything we needed. It was clean inside but porch was dirty and covered with spiderwebs. Chairs were low so you only had a few of the railing. Unit was very dark throughout. Fireplace did not work. Shower drained poorly.
