Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit from the Living room and Master bedroom!! With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" 4K Smart TV in the master and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, surround sound in the Living room, plenty of dish/glass ware, toaster, blenders, regular coffee maker and a Keurig! There is a King bed in the Master, two queens in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Fantastic stay at Gulf Shores!! The condo suited us perfectly! Beautiful views and easy access all we needed!

Overall, it was great. (Kids ages 1-7) The pools/beach were amazing. The condo is spacious and as pictured. We would go back. The floors in the condo were not clean at all. We had to sweep when we first got there bc of dirt/sand everywhere. We had to wear shoes the entire time because your feet turned black. The floors need a good scrubbing. Upon arrival, they supplied a sample size of dish soap, 1 dishwasher pod, one kitchen towel, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and a sponge-so be prepared to buy more. There was a bag in the garbage, but no extra ones. The plastic plates were all wet in the cupboard, not sure how long they sat in there like that. We received an email that we couldn’t check in early, which is okay. However, our access code to the condo let us in 30 mins early. We did get our parking pass/wrist bands early in the day and used the pool/beach while we waited for entry to the condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Great location. There were some problems. The condo was not very clean. Dirty lights. Floor was covered with sand. Light bulb missing in bedroom ceiling. Lots of outlets did not work.
