Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Avoid the elevators and stress and park directly on the 3rd floor!!!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and FREE WIFI! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with beverage cooler, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, there is an additional sleeper sofa Queen in the living room for occupancy up to 12.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

We had such a wonderful stay. The balcony views are truly something special—soft white sand, the sound of the waves, and beautiful sunrises each morning. It’s the kind of place where you naturally slow down and just enjoy being there.The condo was comfortable and well cared for, and the location made everything easy. It was perfect for biking and easy strolls to restaurants and ice cream shops, which gave it a fun, beach-town feel. The pool area was a great bonus, and our grandkids absolutely loved the slide—they were in the water like fish most of the trip.It was the perfect balance of relaxing for the adults and fun for the kids. Everything was just as described, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish.We enjoyed our stay so much we’ve already booked with this property management company again for next year!

Condo was spacious, comfortable and very well decorated. Supplied well stocked over any VRBO we have stayed at in the past. It was like our own place. 10 fore sure.

It was a perfect home base for our family. Accessibility was great for my father. The view and location were great. Clean and welcoming.
