Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and we offer FREE WIFI ! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious and beautifully furnished!! We also have a bonus room for luggage or storing your beach chairs and umbrellas.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa, sleeping for 12.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

The rental was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We had 7 people staying at the rental and there was plenty of room. Loved the access to the beach. It was really helpful having the carts to bring items up to the room! Outdoor pool area was very nice. It was great to have the bonus closet. The host was responsive and easy to work with. The location was a little far from things but still walkable. Some feedback- the kitchen table has a glass top that is not secured. We were fearful that it was going to get tipped and break. It would have been nice to have a clothesline or hooks to hang wet towels and bathing suits. The ice maker in the refrigerator was broke. The property does not have a bin to leave extra items that can't be taken with which was a bummer. Beyond that, everything else was as expected or better!

This is the 3rd year renting this unit. We love it. It is spacious, inviting, and beds are so comfortable. Living room furniture is getting very soft so I needed to sit on the large throw pillows in order ro be comfortable. The property manager addressed any of our needs immediately.

The unit itself is spacious and exactly like the photos. It is lacking basic things like coffee filters, or even a sponge to wash dishes. The management company leaves the absolute minimum soap and shampoo for a day, same as toilet paper, paper towels etc. Plan on bringing everything. Parking desk closes at 530 and management company did not respond to emails while there. Overall good place but be prepared. Neighbors upstairs were also pretty loud but no one on site to deal with it we could find.
