Phoenix Gulf Shores 2102 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the 21st floor.
The brand new pickleball court is now open!
Features include:
• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom.
• Tile flooring is throughout the unit.
• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar. The dining room table seats six, with four bar stools for additional seating.
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.
• Living area features a sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Second bedroom features two queen-size beds
• Third bedroom features two queen-size beds
• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in and check-out
• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes are $55 each + tax. Guests must provide registration information in advance and purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after registration.
• Strict NO SMOKING property, except in designated areas in the parking garage

We enjoyed our time at the Pheonix. The space was clean and accommodating. The communication with iTrip was amazing as well! We are looking forward to our next stay and will book with iTrip again.

The place was very nice with a spectacular view! The beach was very accessible. The kids loved the beach, indoor pool and everything in the area.
