About this apartment rental
This charming, recently renovated A-Frame style property is perfect for a place to relax while on business, or as a hideaway while exploring Dunedin.
Prepare a meal in the fully equipped modern kitchen or unwind with Netflix & Disney+ in the spacious living area. The spacious bedroom, located in the "loft area" upstairs, boast great views of the city and harbour and flexible bedding options.
All within a stone's throw from the city centre!
Simon is available to assist during your stay and is happy to respond to requests in a timely manner.
We are within walking distance (10 minutes, down a hill) of the historic Warehouse Precinct, and the many great cafe's and eateries nearby. Journey only slightly further (15 minutes from the apartment) and you will find yourself in the Octagon, the main hub of the City Centre.
With the exception of the shared spa (which is accessed through a private gate), the house is entirely your own - with a private deck area with outdoor seating at the rear of the property.
The privately tucked away spa adds an extra touch to help you unwind - all set up and ready for you.
The bedroom can be setup with either a Super King bed, or 2x King Single beds. Additional to this another single bed.
The spa is a shared facility, situated in a private space, which is accessible from 2 other accommodations.
A regular bus service runs to and from town from High Street, a 1 minute walk from the Unit. Never far from a Neuron e-scooter.

Location was perfect and the view from the bedroom window was beautiful, parking was a tight sqeeze but given it's close proximity to the city totally understandable. Nice clean and funky place with many querky elements to it, comfortable bed, keep in mind master is upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Overall a great experience, so close to everything we need.
