About this apartment rental
Our apartment has been renovated to cater specifically for guests & is a reasonably flat 10 to 15 minute walk from town. Ideal for business travellers, families, friends, or couples seeking comfort & convenience.

With adequate notice, we can swap the 2x Single beds in Bedroom 2 to 1x Super King bed. NZD30 fee applies.
Depending on your booking method, ID verification and a security deposit of NZD350 may be held (not charged) after booking.
Our standard office hours are typically:
Mon-Fri: 9am - 5pm
Sat/Sun: 10am - 4pm

Situated in a private setting in a residential area of Dunedin Central, our accommodation offers reasonably easy walkable access to local attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues.
The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.
From the carpark area there is a slightly angled pathway and about 5 steps with no hand rail to reach the front door. After this, the property is all on one level, with the exception of one step leading up into the bathroom.
Walk into an large open hall to find 2 bedrooms immediately on your left, and a spacious open plan kitchen / dining / living further down the hall. Beyond this, you will find our bathroom and laundry area.
A heat pump in the living area heats this space, with an additional heater in each bedroom.
The large flat-screen TV is set up with streaming capabilities. Our kitchen is fully equipped to ensure all the comforts of home.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was excellent and made getting around very easy. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, and they were very accommodating throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this property to others.

Amazing place to stay. Great location and close to town. Very modern, clean and full equipped. Hostess’ were very informative, friendly and helpful from the moment I booked the accomodation to exiting at the end of our stay. Very spacious, large bathroom with washing machine and dryer, comfortable beds, large television, and easy access. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you again

Such a great place to stay. Situated close to town, and has everything that you need to make your stay comfortable and easy.
The hosts are wonderful! Super helpful, and excellent communication leading up to our stay, during our stay and for checkout process.
