About this house rental
Spacious family home in a quiet neighbourhood with large bedrooms, a full kitchen, lounge, bathroom, and yard, conveniently located near Mornington Village's cafés, shops, eateries, and supermarket.

With adequate notice, we can swap the 2x Single beds in Bedroom 1 to 1x Super King bed. NZD30 fee applies.
Depending on your booking method, ID verification and a security deposit of NZD350 may be held (not charged) after booking.
Our standard office hours are typically:
Mon-Fri: 9am - 5pm
Sat/Sun: 10am - 4pm
For urgent enquiries outside of these hours, we recommend calling directly, or sending a message via email / your booking platform.
A car is recommended and there is ample street parking, although we are on main bus line if required.
From the street area, there is a pathway that leads down to the front entry. There are a couple of steps onto a patio and into the house, but otherwise the house is all on one level.
Access to the external laundry area is down another ramp and a couple of steps.
Enter into the character-filled hallway to immediately find 2 bedrooms on either side. The larger of these bedrooms can be set up with either 2x Single beds, or 1x king bed. Ahead and around the corner is access to a third bedroom and family bathroom. At the end of the hall is the large open plan living / kitchen area, with a small dining table and additional breakfast bar. A laundry area is located under the property which van be accessed from outside.
A heat pump heats the living area, with an additional heater in each of the 2 front bedrooms. We also provide hot water bottles for each bed.
Handy to a public bus route that heads into town (bus stop is 75m from the property).
Route 63: Balaclava – City – Logan Park
24km (20min drive) from airport
4km (8min drive) to town area (Octagon)
5.5km (12min drive) to University / Hospital area

Great stay, everything we needed apart from a cork screw wine bottle opener!! With no electric blankets on the beds the hotties were great to find in the cupboard and helped to some extent.
Sunny and warm, great Heatpump, easy lockbox check in. Definitely stay again
