There's hardly anything to dislike. The place was thoughtfully put together to welcome guests. The amount of pantry items provided for our stay was more than the usual, so we were pleasantly surprised. It wasn't hard finding the place. Joanna was very warm and welcoming. Instructions were clearly provided. 2 minor areas for improvement: - Shoes off instructions if provided together with check-in details would be very helpful. - We've misread the microwave oven use and accidentally overheated food.

The kitchen is fairly minimal but not an issue for overnight or short stays.

A few things about this property didn't hit the mark. The apartment is connected to the hosts residence via internal doors. This should be made clear. I was very aware that my children might disturb the hosts. Even with an electric heater going in every room and the heat pump we struggled to get the apartment warm enough. The dining facilities are not adequate, unfortunately we assumed there would be cooking facilities and so brought food with us. Even making breakfast was a challenge in this very small hallway kitchenette. The bench top oven with 2 rings was very slow to cook on and really not safe at all, situated on a very narrow shelving unit which had to be guarded to prevent little hands reaching up. Four dining chairs and a dining table which could accomodate 2 chairs comfortably in a unit which sleeps 6. Unfenced "garden" area with very steep drop off, unfortunately not very child safe at all.
