Second time staying here, really clean with a great living area, comfortable beds and two showers which was handy after our run. Parking appreciated.
It's on the top of a hill, which we knew when we booked it, but within easy walking distance of the centre.

Heating on when we arrived,very clean. Nice comfy beds.Close to hospital and good parking.
Sorry would not recommend for elderly as stairs steep

Unit was clean and tidy, bedding was nice and warm. Despite having to climb up a very steep hill (it is Dunedin), many steps and a steep driveway at the back of the long driveway to walk back to the unit it is walking distance to many things. The washer and dryer were great for catching up with washing.
The unit has no cook plate or oven, but does have a microwave, unit 6 which we stayed in is quite noisy, you constantly hear people going up and down the stairs and the entry door slamming shut, and when people upstairs use the water for showers, or washing etc., didn't bother us much as we were out a lot but could get annoying.
