Clean and close to town
No long mirror and toilet was in the bathroom. But not a big issue

A comfortable and well appointed apartment. The contact with the manager was excellent. A little out of the way but in a city the size of Dunedin this is hardly an issue. Walking distance to coffee shops and pubs was still very achievable.
Nothing not to like. Probably a tad overpriced but given it was university graduation week this was within the range of other offerings for the size.
