About this house rental
Immaculately presented, clean and spacious new unit with open plan kitchen / living. Walkable distance to the supermarket, bus stop and handy to beaches, parks and town.
Warm, quiet and equipped with everything you need for a great stay, including high quality linens, ultrafast WiFi and a Freestyle projector with streaming capabilities (in lieu of a TV).
Depending on your booking method, ID verification and a security deposit of NZD350 may be held (not charged) after booking.
Our standard office hours are typically:
Mon-Fri: 9am - 5pm
Sat/Sun: 10am - 4pm

Situated in the popular family-friendly suburb of St Kilda. Walkable access to local beaches the popular "Dinosaur Park", along with supermarkets and several food outlets in South Dunedin / Andersons Bay Rd.
The entire property is for guests, with no shared spaces.
Parking is available directly outside the front door, and there is one step to access the property. Aside from this, the property is all on one level and features a wide entry to the shower area.
Directly from the carpark, enter into a huge open plan living room / kitchen area. The 2x bedrooms with bathroom in between are at the far end of the property, with access from a small hallway near the kitchen.
A heat pump in the living area heats this space and acts as an air conditioner in the warmer months.
A recently added Nespresso machine ensure an extra comfort.
Handy to a public bus routes that heads into town (bus stop is 150m from the property).

This unit is very comfortable and in great shape (recent build for sure). We enjoyed a long weekend here and found it very a very convenient location and an easy place to stay. We were able to do some simple cooking with what was supplied (the Woolworth’s is one block away and we prepared some pasta salad for a friends party). Beds were newer and very comfortable. Thanks for the stay!

Modern comfortable well maintained townhouse. Close to city, eateries and groceries in abundance close by. Kitchen is fully equipped. On a busy road but we didn't hear excessive traffic noise. Off street parking.
