The location was excellent, with easy access to the city centre and many nearby attractions. The shower had great water pressure, and the hot water was excellent.
A few facilities were not working properly, including the bathroom heater

Key lockbox difficult to open. Couldn't find plug for kitchen sink. Couldn't close powder dispenser on dish master.

The kids loved staying in a 2 storey apartment, generally clean and tidy with modern furniture. Access to the spa was a bonus for us, though hadn't realized it was shared between 3 apartments.
A lot of small things need maintenance, I had read other visitors had mentioned the toilet seat months ago - it's still not fixed. But for me the kicker was the fridge. A fridge with no working shelves belongs in a student flat, not an apartment you pay money for. Fine as last minute cheap accommodation for us, but we'll go somewhere else next time.
