The home's large parlors are perfect for your guests, for short or extended stays. With ample room for up to six Lucky guests, you truly feel like a local. Share a home-cooked (or catered) meal with friends and family at the formal dining room. Or, sip a few glasses of wine in the string light-lit courtyard before heading out for a night on the town.

We stayed in the Broughton main house for St Patty’s day weekend 2023. Overall the house is beautifully decorated and as shown in the provided pics. The location is great, close enough to walk all of Savannah and far enough to be away from the heavy foot traffic and noise. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the house is right on the parade route so we didn’t have to travel. The garage was very convenient and saved on parking passes that are required for street parking. There are a few things that we were slightly disappointed with. The courtyard lighting was dismal with many bulbs needing to be replaced. The windows are single pane which allows every noise to be heard at night when sleeping. The upstairs bathroom window/door does not latch and at one point flew open when it was windy. The kitchen lacked seating. There are only 2 chairs for the table and one them was broken. These are all minor issues and we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.
