Our home is located on a tranquil tree-lined street in a quiet and residential area. Nearby are many points of interest including Crawford Square, Flannery O’Connor’s childhood home, and the Beach Institute African American Cultural Center.
Getting Around:
Getting around Savannah from our home is a breeze! We are less than a mile from downtown and River Street, a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

Our family of 11 had an incredible time, and the home easily accommodated everyone comfortably. The splash pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the surrounding outdoor space provided plenty of seating for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to local restaurants and attractions. We also appreciated that maintenance responded promptly whenever service was needed.

The location was great and we had quick responses whenever reaching out to the management team.Unfortunately the houses (we rented both halves of the duplex) seemed a not to be in the best condition. The furniture was sparse and torn/stains, limited kitchenware availability, uneven heating, doors that needed to be closed just right or they would pop open, wifi that was not strong enough to use, etc. The one shower leaked through the ceiling of the room below! Essentially leaving our group (bed space for 10) sharing two showers for that duplex.
