This unique home includes both a main house and a private carriage house, accommodating up to 10 guests — making it an excellent choice for bridal party retreats, family reunions, or large group getaways in downtown Savannah.
The main floor welcomes you into a spacious living room, the perfect gathering space for guests. Beyond it, an open-concept dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen featuring stunning countertops and new stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing meals for a large group. Step outside to the private courtyard, furnished for relaxing evenings.
The main house sleeps up to 8 guests across two bedrooms and two sleeper sofas. One sleeper sofa sits in a lofted room above the primary bedroom, a great option for parents wanting to keep kids close by. The primary bedroom opens through sliding doors onto a small private balcony overlooking the courtyard. Both bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms and generous closet space. The separate carriage house studio accommodates 2 additional guests and features its own full-size kitchen and bathroom — ideal for multigenerational travel or added privacy within the group.
After a day exploring Savannah, unwind with a cocktail in the private courtyard or take in the views from the rooftop patio.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

House is absolutely adorable and has everything you would need. However, we found the conditions of the house, not to be very clean. All the tables were dusty. The toilets had mold in them. The patio had not been swept for weeks. We needed to do dishes before we could eat off them. The front entryway outdoor light was burnt out. The refrigerator was dirty. If the house would’ve been clean, it would’ve been delightful. One other disturbing thing we found was we wanted to get in one hour early as we’ve had a long travel day and just wanted to get rid of our luggage And go to eat and they wanted to charge us $60 to enter the house an hour early not very welcoming The location is fabulous
