Welcome to The Juliette: 2 Units by AvantStay! These two Deluxe 2BDR units are right next to each other, with a combined total of 4 bedrooms, sleeping 12 guests---an ideal option for family trips or groups looking to spread out.

Set within one of the city’s most walkable, story-filled neighborhoods, this boutique building places you just blocks from beloved local restaurants, Forsyth Park, and a variety of shopping and entertainment options. The Deluxe two-bedroom unit offers 1,300 square feet of Southern charm with a contemporary touch. The open layout flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen—complete with stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and a full coffee station. Both bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms for privacy. Parking Details:
- The entrance to the parking lot is 9½ feet tall and 13 feet wide. Vehicles taller than 9½ feet or wider than 13 feet will not fit through the gateway.
- Each guest is allocated one dedicated parking space, marked with a sign in front of the spot.
- Any additional vehicles must use street parking. No exceptions.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
