Parties are prohibited from this property. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Locals bookings are only approved on a case by case basis and are generally not allowed. The primary reservation holder must be at least 25 years of age.
Any additional guests not on the reservation must get approval before coming onto the property. Parking has space for 4 cars. If you need more than 4 cars you need permission.
There are external security cameras and noise monitoring devices for safety purposes only. The devices do not record any audio just measure sound levels.
Hosting events or commercial photography requires approval and an additional payment is required.
Smoking is allowed outside or in the screened in porch. Smoking inside results in a $500 fine.
Late checkout/ early check in is allowed for an extra payment and granted on a case by case basis.

This house was perfect for our bachelorette group, we enjoyed our stay. The pool was heated and the hot tub was a plus for us since the weather wasn’t the greatest. The screened in area was also another great space to hang out in. You do need to make sure to follow the rules with quiet hours since it is a quiet neighborhood. The backyard has many activities/space. Would love to come again and utilize those. Great spot for larger group vacations and has so much to offer right at the house.

This house was amazing, we had no issues with anything, the backyard was perfect for relaxing, the only problem we had was constant cleaning of the putting greens from the trees in the neighbors yards which was no problem for us at all and not the property’s fault, but I had seen others comment on having to clean up the yard, so I wanted to mention it is from the neighbors trees not the houses issues

We loved the house! The kids absolutely loved all the amenities and the host was very quick to respond. When we arrived the pool we had to message about the pool, but he had service come out very quickly and fix the issue.
