This unique home includes both a main house and a private carriage house, accommodating up to 10 guests — making it an excellent choice for bridal party retreats, family reunions, or large group getaways in downtown Savannah.
The main floor welcomes you into a spacious living room, the perfect gathering space for guests. Beyond it, an open-concept dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen featuring stunning countertops and new stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing meals for a large group. Step outside to the private courtyard, furnished for relaxing evenings.
The main house sleeps up to 8 guests across two bedrooms and two sleeper sofas. One sleeper sofa sits in a lofted room above the primary bedroom, a great option for parents wanting to keep kids close by. The primary bedroom opens through sliding doors onto a small private balcony overlooking the courtyard. Both bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms and generous closet space. The separate carriage house studio accommodates 2 additional guests and features its own full-size kitchen and bathroom — ideal for multigenerational travel or added privacy within the group.
After a day exploring Savannah, unwind with a cocktail in the private courtyard or take in the views from the rooftop patio.

Guests will have access to one small private garage space (small to midsize vehicles only). All other parking can be found on-street, metered, Monday-Saturday 8AM-8PM. We encourage guests to pay close attention to street signs, as they state when the street cleaner comes.
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:The location of the house, right on Broughton street, is so perfect. Being able to walk to great shopping, restaurants, historic squares, and sites made this long weekend trip fun. With three bedrooms, you need to consider where everyone will be sleeping. With eight in our group, there were two teenagers who slept on a pull-out in the loft area. Another woman slept on the pull-out in the living room. This was okay, but I'm sure they felt like they got the short end of the stick. The house has tons of great touches like an abundance of outlets, an open, well-appointed kitchen, a courtyard area, and a rooftop patio. The steam shower in one of the bedrooms is the best. The third bedroom is in the carriage house attached to the garage. This space has a small kitchen, bed, and bathroom. The house is well decorated, and we felt like the house was a special place for a special weekend. The only minor problems were not being provided the right size sheets for the pull-out beds (and really not enough extra bedding for them). We made it work though. The app used by the rental company was very helpful as well. I would definitely book this house again on a return trip to Savannah.
