Great location... very lovely... all full bathrooms are on the top floor... one half bath on first floor... for those of you who are older and do not want to deal with stairs. Garage parking is great and patio was really nice.

The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location. Walking distance to everything on and around river street. However, we had a few problems when we arrived. The doors were locked and none of the keys we were instructed to use worked, so we had to wait for someone to come get us, which wasnt a major issue. At night when we came home, however, we discovered our keys also didn't lock the front door onto the street. We had to call the person on call, who then went to a different house on accident, making us wait until around 2 in the morning to be let in. I had also mentioned the air conditioning on the top floor seemed to be broken, which I was told there would be a maintenance request put in for, that seemingly never occurred, because no one came to check the a/c while we were staying there and I was given no update.
