About this house rental
This three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is located on historic Jones Street, named America’s Prettiest Street by Southern Living Magazine. Originally two smaller cottages converted into one home, Savannah Selfies can sleep up to 10 Lucky guests, and is perfect for family gatherings or a girls weekend!
You’ll enter into a small foyer which is separated from the L shaped living area by a double sided, decorative fireplace. The living area features two separate seating areas, each with pops of color, and original hardwood floors. The spacious kitchen and dining area have both a large dining table and breakfast bar. The kitchen has direct access to the private backyard, where you’ll find a deck with a cozy seating area, a dining table and a grill.
Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor. The primary bedroom has a King sized bed, TV, writing desk, and en suite bath with double sinks and access to the backyard. The second bedroom is a cozy space with a comfortable Queen bed. The stunning staircase to the second floor adds a modern flare to the home. The upstairs loft has two separate spaces, one with a day bed and trundle, the other with two twin beds and an attached half bath.
Savannah Selfies is ideally located in walking distance to shops, restaurants and other area attractions. Simply stroll down beautiful Jones Street to Clary’s Cafe, featured in Midnight In the Garden of Good and Evil, and a favorite of locals and visitors alike. A few blocks away at the corner of Bull Street and Liberty, you’ll find local shops featuring everything from handmade handbags and leather goods at Satchel, to Celtic crosses at Saints & Shamrocks.

Overall this is a very spacious and comfortable nightly rental with 4 sleeping spaces (not including living room). NOTE that the upstairs only has twin beds or daybeds so if you have adults, may not be the best. Upstairs bathroom is a full bath, but the shower really isn't even tall enough to stand up in due to the dormer and need to sit to look in the mirror unless you are on the short side. Kitchen is spacious but cabinetry and drawers are old and don't open right (hits the stove). kitchen could have a few more amenities. I don't know why nightly rentals dont have keurig machines. I would be happy to bring along k-cups when I travel if they did. Didn't give any sugar or creamer although provided 1 packet of coffee. No extra trash bags in the house. Plenty of towels provided. Downstairs bathrooms very nice - although again cabinetry in master suite was older - not that we were using drawers (just saying). Only 3 steps getting into house if you have any mobility issues (we had a wheelchair and this was easier than many other rentals in Savannah.). Affordable for so many sleeping spaces. EAsy to walk to many coffee shops and to Liberty or Oglethorpe. Street parking is free here. Would recommend.

Wonderful location! There was not enough toilet paper provided and very little supplies in general (no coffee filter, limited soap, etc.) compared to my other experiences.

The house is very old and needs a lot of up keep done to it that has been neglected. You can see daylight through the floor. The mosquitos were horrible and we all got bit up and could not enjoy the deck out back. We love Savannah but we all came home with bites all over us. We did have very good service while we were there and they were very responsive. We had a clogged drain on the down stairs bath tub and they came out right away to fix it. We also had broken the small TV upstairs and called right away and they were very gracious with us. The house is old and needs repairs done to it. My review is more based on the House and not Lucky Savannah Management.
