Holiday House in Poveromo (Marina di Massa) for 5 people with private garden at 650 meters from the sea.
The holiday home is immersed in the green area called Poveromo and a few steps from the sea, which can also be easily reached with the two bicycles provided.
Il Marinaio offers you all the comforts, such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi internet connection and a Smart TV.
The garden, completely private and fenced, offers 1 parking space and is divided into two areas:
- Front: lawn with flowers and terrace in front of the house with seating for relaxing.
- Rear: veranda with dining table, another part of the garden and barbecue for cooking grilled dishes.
Your 4-legged friends are welcome.
In front of the house there is a hotel and around it there are several houses used during the summer. The house is a semi-detached portion.

The interior of the holiday home in Poveromo has been completely refurbished and is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- Living room: 43" wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix included, sofa, fireplace, dining table.
- Kitchen: 4 cooking rings, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, moka coffee maker, american coffee machine, toaster. The kitchen leads to the back porch.
- Bathroom with shower.
First floor:
- Double bedroom with single bed, air conditioning and access to the balcony with small table.
- Bedroom with single bed and single sofa bed.
- Bathroom with shower.
With access only from the garden there is a room with a washing machine.
Included are 2 bicycles.
The following might be to be paid extra: Bed Linen and Towels (initial set), Electricity, Final Cleaning, Heating, Tourist tax.

We had an enjoyable week in the house. There was plenty of room for the three of us. It was great having a covered patio at the back of the house, which felt very private. As it got warmer towards the end of our stay, it was nice having air conditioning in the bedrooms. The beach was only 5 mins away by bike. The nearest public beach was only a little further along the promenade. The only slight downside was the lack of decent noise insulation. This is doubtless subjective and depends on what you're used to, but the single glazing meant that any noise outside passed largely unfiltered into the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the accommodation!

Great location to visit the surroundings as well as easy access to the numerous beaches. The place is comfortable for a family of five, including one younger kid who slept in the extra bed in the master bedroom. Fully renovated with functional supplies. Loved the patio in the back for peacefully meals with family. Check in super easy.

The Il Marinaio holiday house was a lovely, quiet, comfortable home for us during our stay at the Ligurian sea. It has everything you need for a longer stay: the accommodation is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, AC, bikes etc. The two bathrooms were very convenient for a family of five.
It was marvelous to sit on the terrasses under the trees, in the refreshing shadow and the perfumed scent of the pines. The beach is within walking distance, and shops and sights are also within reach by car, We enjoyed our stay and definitely would choose this place again if we return to the area where there are so much to see.
